What Happens During an InstaScope Mold Inspection With Cleaner Guys?

1. Once we arrive the InstaScope is turned on and left outside for a few minutes, to get a base sample of the air in your area, for accurate readings.
2. We roll the InstaScope through each room of your property, scanning everything with the InstaScope’s wand sensor. Each room usually takes several minutes.
3. We wait a few minutes for the InstaScope to process the results of each room.
4. The InstaScope gives a full report of the presence of mold in every room! We go through the results with you and discuss what your next steps will be.
